Supported Living Services (SLS)
Coastline Services offers SLS services, as a vendor of Tri-Counties Regional Center, for adults living on their own and wishes to live independently. Coastline Services supports individuals who need support in learning or enhancing skills such as money management, public transportation, health & wellness, community connecting, etc. Supported Living Services may be an option. They are customized for each individual to meet needs that are identified in the Individual Program Plan. Services are determined by the planning team for assistance with common daily living and routine household activities. In some situations, training and habilitation services are provided to increase a person’s ability to meet his or her own needs without assistance. These services help a person make progress toward becoming more independent and maintaining that independence.

Activities & Community Connecting
Coastline Services offers tons of fun and meaningful opportunities to attend activities and to positively connect with our community. Activities are available to all those supported by Coastline Services our SLS Services. Activities include but are not limited to cooking classes, arts/crafts, music, health & wellness, movie nights, game nights, community connecting, and so much more!!!

Generic Resources
Coastline Services offers as a standard services for SLS access to our resource team. The resource team supports individuals in applying for, discovering, and/or appeal generic services they may be eligible for such as housing, discount utilities, Cal Fresh, Cal Able, Social Security, etc.

How do you personalize care for each individual?Our personalized care planning involves thorough assessments and ongoing communication with the individual and their support network to tailor our services to their needs and preferences.

What types of disabilities do you support?We support individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and more. Please contact us for more information about our services. For individuals benefiting from Tri-Counties Regional Center services, referrals for SLS services are made through the assigned service coordinator.
